Aussie Hoops is a national program which provides an environment where children of all abilities can achieve on the court and reap the rewards of skill development, enhanced self-esteem, social co-operation and grassroots sports participation. Aussie Hoops is all about participation and fun!


What ages is Aussie Hoops open to?

ABA Aussie Hoops is open to children aged 5 - 12 years old.


Where & when is Aussie Hoops held?

ABA Aussie Hoops is run at the Albany Leisure & Aquatic Centre, 52-70 Barker Rd, Centennial Park WA 6330. When the program is running sessions are held 8:30am - 9:30am for 5-7 year olds and 9:30am - 10:30am for 8-12 year olds on Saturday mornings. The upcoming program begins on October 14th 2017 - December 16th 2017, breaks for Christmas then returns February 10th 2018 - March 10th 2018.


How much does Aussie Hoops cost?

ABA Aussie Hoops costs $100 for 14 sessions and a participant pack which includes a backpack, ball and reversible singlet. If your child has already been part of Aussie Hoops and has the pack the program alone costs $75.


How do I register my child?

ABA Aussie Hoops is an online registration process. To get started click on the appropriate age group for your child, 5-7 years old or 8-10 years old. If you have children from both age ranges you can register them for one session, email to find out which session is most appropriate.


Can my child join Aussie Hoops if the program has already begun?

Yes! Participants can join the program at any time, though the full fee applies.
